Who is Southern Woods Rider? SWR is a Dual Sport/Trail Ride Promotion and Coordination TN Corporation whose purpose is to provide a variety of well-organized pleasurable family rides while promoting the sport of ATV and motorcycle riding for Off-Road and Dual Sport enthusiasts in Tennessee and surrounding states.

The founder and president of SWR is Tom Stotler who's past ride experiences bring a level of professionalism rarely seen in today's off-road atmosphere.

Tom has been a part of off-road motorcycling for over 25 years for fun and competition and also enjoys fishing, hunting and bicycling. He moved to Tennessee with his family of three in 1997 from Oklahoma where he remains a charter member of an accomplished club known as the OKIE Dirt Riders. He has served as President of the local Nashville dirt bike club for three years known as Middle Tennessee Dirt Riders, Inc. (MTDR). Tom has also served as the president of OHV 4 Tennessee in where he worked closely with AMA, MIC, Blue Ribbon Coalition, TWRA and many others in an effort to promote an OHV program for the State Of Tennessee. In addition Tom was on the popular Volunteer State Trailriders Assoc.(VSTA) board of directors for four years. For the past few years Tom has tackled the position of Ride Master for the VSTA's Fall Trail Ride (+1,000 ATV/Bike riders) and MTDR's Spring Trail Ride (+500 bikes) at Loretta Lynn's Ranch where his responsibilities were overseeing and organizing all aspects of the rides.

Tom has now started a new venture in his off-road career as a professional Dual Sport/Trail Ride promoter and coordinator. As President of Southern Woods Rider he has teamed up with other area sport enthusiasts and land owners to bring the southern riders exhilarating riding opportunities.
