Southern
Woods Rider is proud to announce the 4th annual Tennessee
2-Day Off-Road Bike Ride on June 6 & 7, 2009. This exciting
off-road bike only event will be one of 2009’s premium
off-road rides held in the southeastern United States. If you
love a challenging dirt bike experience, don’t
miss this fantastic weekend ride.
Location
The renowned Cumberland Mountain Riders (CMRA) area located
just south Winchester, TN. CMRA is one of the premier private
members only riding locations in the south and for this weekend
it will be open to non members for this prestigious event.
Trail
The trail will be clearly marked with directional arrows. The
trail will consist of single track, two track, and fire roads
for an excellent mix of riding enjoyment. The trail’s difficulty
level will be moderate to challenging. The trail
at times will be off-chamber, steep, and narrow. There is also
a good mix of rocks and dirt. Emergency trail exits will be
provided on both days.
***This
event is not suited for novice or beginner riders. This is not
a Dual Sport Ride.
Day-1
will have a 50-plus mile loop with a designated gas stop at
approximately 35-miles.
Day-2 will have a 40-plus mile loop with an optional
gas stop at approximately 30-miles.
Note: Riders need to bring their gas cans for the gas
stops and you might also consider packing a light lunch. Transportation
will be provided for your items to and from the gas stops.
**Concessions
will be available at the the gas stop.
Rider Fees
Per Rider - $35.00 for one day or $45.00 for two days

Directions
Circle E Ranch 6315 Rowe Gap Rd. Belvidere, TN 37306 - From
US Hwy 64 located south of Winchester, TN. Take TN Hwy 16 south
for approximately 5-miles and turn right (west) into the campground.
Accommodations
Campground Information - Pull through camping spots with electric
are available for $25.00 and Tent Camping for 20.00 per night
based on two adults. Additional adults will be 10.00 each per
night.
Please
stop at the camping registration office when you arrive. If
the office is closed when you arrive, please settle up with
them first thing the next day.
If
not camping, Day Parking is $10.00 per person per day.
The campground
offers plenty of room and has a bathhouse and pavilion. There
is a convenience store a ¼ mile away that carries, gas, food

SWR Trail
Ride Rules
1. Each rider must register in person regardless of age where
you will receive your own wristband. This wristband must be
worn at all times and cannot be shared. If you lose you wristband,
you may be subject to repaying the full registration fee. A
parent or legal guardian must accompany riders under the age
of 18 to registration.
2. Riders meeting is mandatory – NO EXCEPTIONS
3. Helmet, Boots, Gloves and Eye protection must be worn at
all times during riding.
4. No Loud Exhaust Pipes - Sound Level Must Be Below 98 dB SPL
(Sound Test Will Be Implemented If Your Bike Is Found To
Be Excessively Noisy.)
5. An adult must accompany participants riding under the age
of 16 at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS
6. No Pit Riding or Pit Bikes Allowed- Speed Limit in the parking
area and campground is 5 mph
7. No Buddy Rides - NO EXCEPTIONS
8. THIS IS NOT A RACE, PASS WITH CARE
9. Ride on designated trails only. Do not venture off the SWR
marked trails.
10. Alcohol and riding don’t mix, so don’t do it. Offenders
will NOT be tolerated. Alcohol is permitted after your ride
is over as long as you act responsibly.
11. Quiet hours in the campground are from 10:00 pm to 6:00
am - NO TOLERANCE
12. Fires are permitted in safe locations. Do not leave fires
unattended and do not burn Trash i.e. Cans, Bottles and Paper.
13. Pressure washers and bike washing are not permitted.
14. SWR, CMRA or Circle E Ranch is not liable or responsible
for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or injury to
riders/visitors
