Southern Woods Rider is proud to preset the 8th Annual Holiday Poker Run at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch on Sunday December 11, 2011. All 4-wheel ATV and Dirt Bike riding responsible individuals and their families are invited to attend.

The Poker Run will be based on Five Card game, nothing wild, with the opportunity to have a one-time, one-card draw at the end of the ride for an additional $5.00 fee or an additional toy donation. In the event of a tied hand(s), there will be a one-card deal until the best hand wins.

Schedule:
Registration - 7:00 am to 9:00 am MANDATORY Riders Meeting - 9:00 am Poker Run Ends at 2:30 pm Winners Announced at 3:00 pm

The Trail:
The trail will be clearly marked and you can ride it at your own pace as much as you like during the open trail hours. The trail’s difficulty level will be moderate. There will be some hill-climbs and occasionally the trail may be narrow and/or off-camber. Some of the areas are rocky and other areas have good old normal Tennessee dirt.

***Pit Riding and/or Pit Bikes Will Not Be Tolerated!
***No side by sides ATV vehicles such as Razor, Rhino, etc. No three wheel ATV’s and no two passenger ATV’s allowed on the trails.
***No Loud Exhaust Pipes - Sound Level Must Be Below 98 dB SPL (Sound Test Will Be Implemented If Your Bike Or Quad Is Found To Be Excessively Noisy.)

Campground Information:
Primitive Camping will be available for $10.00 per site per family with one vehicle. Sharing of the campsite will entail an additional $10.00 per living quarters (i.e.. tents, trailers and motorhomes). Any additional vehicles are $5.00 each.

The camping will be primitive. The ranch is closed for the winter therefore the electric and water is turned off. All areas are first come first serve with no reservation needed. Portable restroom will be provided.

Free Day Parking is in the designated parking area.

Directions:
About 60-miles west of Nashville, TN on I- 40 take the Linden/Waverly exit 143. Turn North on Highway 13 toward Waverly for 7 miles and turn left into the ranch entrance. The campground registration is immediately on your right and the 1st campground entrance will be your second road on the left.

SWR Ride Rules
1. Each rider must register in person regardless of age where you will receive your own wristband. This wristband must be worn at all times and cannot be shared. If you lose your wristband, you may be subject to repaying the full registration fee. A parent or legal guardian must accompany riders under the age of 18 to registration.
2. Riders meeting is mandatory – NO EXCEPTIONS
3. No side by sides ATV vehicles such as Razor, Rhino, etc. No three wheel ATV’s and no two passenger ATV’s allowed on the trails.

Helmet, Boots, Gloves and Eye protection must be worn at all times during riding. Lace up work boots are okay.
5. An adult must accompany participants riding under the age of 16 at all times - NO EXCEPTIONS
6. No Pit Riding or Pit Bikes Allowed-Speed Limit in the campground 5 mph
7. No Buddy Rides - NO EXCEPTIONS
8. THIS IS NOT A RACE, PASS WITH CARE
9. Ride on designated trails only. Do not venture off the marked trails.
10. There is a designated road crossing between the upper and lower campgrounds. All bikes MUST cross at this crossing at all times. No exceptions. Riders crossing elsewhere, or riding on the road are subject to lose their wristband without refund.
11. Alcohol and riding don’t mix, so don’t do it. Offenders will NOT be tolerated. Alcohol is permitted after your ride is over as long as you act responsibly.  
12. The motocross track is strictly off-limits.
13. Quiet hours in the campground are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am NO TOLERANCE
14. Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings. Don’t Move The Fire Rings!
15. Pressure washers and bike washing are not permitted.
